SHIPPING & DELIVERY

MADE TO ORDER

OVADOZE products are made specifically for each order. Please allow approximately 2–3 business days for production before your order ships.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY

United States standard shipping typically takes 7–12 business days after production.

International delivery times vary by destination and can take approximately 10–30 business days after production. Customs processing may cause additional delays.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment.

TRACKING

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent automatically to the email address provided during checkout. Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update your tracking information.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Production and shipping times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Weather, carrier delays, holidays, high order volume and customs processing may affect delivery.

Please order early when purchasing for a holiday, event or specific date.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. Once an order enters production or ships, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.

MISSING OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your tracking has stopped updating or your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, check with members of your household, nearby neighbors and the shipping carrier first.
